Cristina Montoya RD, Arthritis Dietitian

I am a bilingual Registered Dietitian, owner and founder of Arthritis Dietitian.

I’ve been a Dietitian for over 15 years in Colombia and Ontario, with experience in research, clinical care, in-person and virtual nutritional coaching, content creation, and public speaking.

Arthritis Dietitian is a platform dedicated to empowering individuals with rheumatic autoimmune diseases to thrive through anti-inflammatory nutrition and gut-friendly living.

Living with Sjögren’s and Rheumatoid Arthritis myself, I blend clinical expertise with lived experience to break through the noise and myths surrounding nutrition and autoimmune conditions.

Through my blog, self-paced courses, coaching programs, anti-inflammatory recipes, and podcast (Inmunidad Consciente), as well as my signature program, Transform Your Gut & Joint Health,

I offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help my community reclaim their energy, reduce inflammation, and regain their vitality.

I am a Registered Dietitian, a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and Dietitians of Canada. Holistic Cannabis Practitioner and Certified Cannabis Educator.

My approach is warm, science-backed, and rooted in advocacy — because people with autoimmune diseases deserve more than just symptom management; they deserve to thrive and be heard.
