Meet Cristina

I am a Registered Dietitian and founder of the Arthritis Dietitian.

I specialize in helping women with Sjogren's and Rheumatoid Arthritis to adopt a non-restrictive anti-inflammatory lifestyle while supporting their gut health.

I am an active participant in Sjogren's advocacy groups and frequently collaborate with the Arthritis Society of Canada and Sjogren’s Society of Canada to develop resources related to arthritis and nutrition for their websites.

I help women to follow these simple steps:

1) Nourishing your gut with anti-inflammatory nutrition
2) Minimizing nutritional deficiencies
3) Incorporating mindful movement

Don't let the diet culture take over your sanity. Cristina will help you take small steps to nourish your body, save money with low-budget anti-inflammatory meals, manage medications' side effects, and reduce inflammation.

*I'm a certified cannabis educator. If you have any questions about Cannabis, I prefer to work with adults who hold a medical cannabis document in Canada or a Medical Marijuana Card in the U.S.

YOU don't have to feel lonely and isolated. I understand your pain and struggles. That's why I created the Arthritis Dietitian
