Service Description

A 3-month individual coaching program to help you succeed in your anti-inflammatory journey includes: One 60-minute nutrition and lifestyle session where we'll review your medical history, current way of eating, and set realistic anti-inflammatory health and nutrition goals. A written anti-inflammatory nutrition plan with recipe suggestions A personalized gut healing plan A written summary to your health care provider (i.e. rheumatologist) Biweekly 30-minute follow-up consultation to identify roadblocks in adopting the recommendations or monthly bonus special session. Weekly email or text support. One-Week Meal Plan with Quick and Easy Anti-Inflammatory meals. Most importantly, you will receive compassionate and non-judgemental support from a fellow chronic pain and autoimmune warrior. * When you book your package via email you will receive a nutrition intake form and Cristina will contact you to set up your first appointment.
